Sometimes, my clients ask me to come in to see them at their offices because they need some sales advice or they want me to deliver a tailored training course for their sales staff.

Here’s a testimonial from an existing client who recently asked for my help:

“I was referred to David by a business associate, who had attended one of David’s cold-calling training courses and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge.

I was looking to rejuvenate my sales team. I’d had to hire and then remove two sales managers in quick succession because they hadn’t been up to the job, which had an adverse affect on the sales team. I had good staff but they needed direction, they were uninspired and their sales results had been gradually slipping over the last few months.

David also has the ability to identify the needs of people with various skill levels in a group, and he also offered a sales coaching workshop for the sales team leaders, so that they could ensure they continued to get the best from every member of their team after he had conducted the initial training.

After initially being a little cautious, the sales team responded really positively to the training courses. There is now a noticeable difference in atmosphere in the office. Attitudes have changed, along with the way the team speak to our clients. It is clear to see that this is having a direct result on performance levels.

Things are very different now. We have developed a very professional and ambitious sales team who have the skills and the desire to achieve. This is reflected in our results – since working with David, our sales are up by 43%, and they continue to steadily increase.
