“I was referred to David by a business associate, who had attended one of David’s cold-calling training courses and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge.
 
I was looking to rejuvenate my sales team. I’d had to hire and then remove two sales managers in quick succession because they hadn’t been up to the job, which had an adverse affect on the sales team. David also has the ability to identify the needs of people with various skill levels in a group, and he also offered a sales coaching workshop for the sales team leaders, so that they could ensure they continued to get the best from every member of their team after he had conducted the initial training.
 
After initially being a little cautious, the sales team responded really positively to the training courses. There is now a noticeable difference in atmosphere in the office. Attitudes have changed, along with the way the team speak to our clients. It is clear to see that this is having a direct result on performance levels.
